Connecting newcomers to the right services,
at the right time
Services Advisor Pathways bridges current gaps in accessing timely, meaningful and relevant information for immigrants and refugees. Designed alongside immigrants, refugees, community service providers and coordinating organizations, this platform helps newcomers to more effectively navigate their resettlement experience before and after arriving in Canada by connecting them to a self-managed portfolio of the most relevant services for their particular needs. Services Advisor Pathways will be piloted in Metro Vancouver in consultation with local immigrants and service providers with the eventual goal of making it scalable across BC and Canada.

153,000 new immigrants
currently live in Metro Vancouver. It is also home to Canada’s second largest and growing immigrant population.
Access to information
for newcomers was identified by 7 municipal districts across Metro Vancouver as a top barrier for immigrant resettlement in 2016.
At home and abroad
we help 655,000 refugees in Jordan to get better access to information on services and will soon also support 3m+ more refugees in Somalia and Turkey.

Just like Services Advisor is about building partnerships between newcomers and their communities, PeaceGeeks wouldn’t be able to do the work we do without drawing on the power of our partners.
